Order Tracking

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Your order will be processed the day it is received. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Due to size and weight, some of our orders must be shipped via Truck. In the event an order needs to be shipped via truck, we will contact you with the carrier and the actual freight charges.
Damaged Shipment
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged, please e-mail our customer service team or call us at (609) 223-2372 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Please be sure to specify the model number and the exact nature of the damage.
Missing a Part
If you are missing a part, please e-mail our customer service team or call us at (609) 223-2372 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. We will need to know the model number ordered and the part(s) that you are missing. We will send you out a replacement part a.s.a.p.
Return Merchandise Authorization RMA
All returns require a valid return merchandise authorization RMA. The product being returned must be in the original packaging. To obtain an RMA, please e-mail our customer service team or call us at (609) 223-2372 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST within 30 days of receipt of your order.
