Hinged tops are specifically designed to accept cans, glass, newspaper or waste. They include decals designed to segregate waste and recyclables. The heavy-gauge steel base with a baked enamel finish has securing wires to hold plastic container bags (not included) in place. Base and tops ordered separately. Optional Lock Kit, field installable.
